The main use for Karils is Magic Defence and I believe it is the strongest Magic Defence armor without a Melee Attack negative, which is why you might see it used more for Melee than for Ranged.Black dragonhide body is a part of the black dragonhide armour set. I only use prayer on Dharok, Karil, and Ahrim and I kill them in that order at the start. The other three I tank. I take off my plate body and legs when I mage dharok and Karil for higher mage accuracy, then bring a range gear switch for Ahrim.
